Parent Conference & Title 1 Meeting
Tickets for Friday night's Varsity Football game against Kirbyville can be purchased at the Visitors gate.
Costs. Adult $6 Students $3
Visitor Parking is designated for the parking lots in front of the Wildcat Gymnasium (accessible from Hwy 96) and behind Wildcat Gymnasium (Elizabeth Street).
All tickets for the visiting team will be purchased at the Visitor’s gate (behind the high school gymnasium)
Ticket Booth opens at 6:00PM
All visitors will enter the stadium through the visitors ticket booth and will remain on the visitor’s side of the stadium for the duration of the game.
Restrooms are located next to the visitors’ ticket booth.
Just a reminder - there will be no tickets sold at the gate at tonight's varsity football game vs Buna. All tickets are presale only - available at the Administration office until 3:00 p.m. today.
****Time change****The Woodville 7th grade football game will start at 4:30 tomorrow (9-24-20) instead of 5:00, with the 8th grade game starting IMMEDIATELY after.
WISD remote learners who are failing or not meeting attendance requirements for the 1st 6-weeks will return to face-to-face instruction beginning September 28th. Parents of these students will be contacted in the coming days by campus administration to make arrangements.
October 2nd is a student holiday for WISD. We will be using that day for parent/teacher conferences. Over the next few days, every parent will be contacted to set up a conference time, report cards for the 1st 6-weeks will be given out at this meeting.
At this point a significant impact isn't expected for our area due to tropical storm Beta. We want to assure everyone, we will continue to monitor the storm's progress/potential rainfall and notify students and staff as soon as possible of any changes to our regular schedule via our alert system and social media.

Just a reminder, due to seating limitations, we are encouraging parents not to check students out from other campuses to attend the pep rally. This pep rally is for WHS students and family/community members who may not get a chance to attend the game due to limited tickets. The pep rally is scheduled for 2:50.

Due to COVID we must limit the number of people coming in the building. This means that deliveries to the campus cannot be accepted. If you are planning to send anything for homecoming tomorrow, it will not be accepted. Please have it before school to give to your child.
Due to the attendance restrictions related to COVID-19, the homecoming game against Little Cypress Mauriceville on September 18th, is sold out. Tickets for this game are no longer available. There will be no tickets available at the gate. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Now that we have most of the kinks worked out, we will begin the official drop off and pick up times. Please keep your car rider tag visible until the child is in the car.
Arrival -Drop Off: 7:20-7:50 am
Breakfast ends at 7:50 am
Tardy Bell: 7:55 am.
Dismissal- Pick Up: 3:30-3:45
Due to the attendance restrictions related to COVID-19, tonight's game against Corrigan-Camden is almost sold out. There are a very limited number of tickets that will be available at the gate on a first come/first served basis. Ticket booths will open at 6:30. NO ONE will be admitted without a face covering or a ticket.
The deadline to change your students instructional method option for the 2nd 6 weeks grading period is Friday, September 25, 2020. If you want to change the current commitment option for your child, please contact your student's campus office to complete a new Commitment Form. This change of commitment will begin and remain the same for September 28th thru November 6, 2020.
