It was a GREAT day at Wheat!!! First Grade celebrated the 100th day of school with a fashion show and a challenge to read a 100 books in one day. The students came together and did their part to read 100 books. Way to go 1st Grade!!!!!

I hope you had a wonderful break. I’m excited to see everyone tomorrow. Tomorrow will be regular schedule. If your child is a car rider, please drop off between 7:30-7:50.
Just a reminder students will not come to school on Friday, Jan. 11th, because of the end of six weeks teacher workday.
Car rider fast pass raffle tickets will be sold this week Monday-Thursday. I will draw on Facebook Live Friday morning at 8:30. This your chance to win the Fast pass which allows you to bypass the car rider line. No waiting!!!!

Pictures with Santa- Dec. 20th
For $5, students will receive a 4x6 picture of them with Santa. For an additional $2, you can get a copy sent to your phone. (You must purchase the 4x6 in order to receive the digital copy.)
I'm a very proud Principal! Today we celebrated some Kindergarten students' achievement of knowing 50 sight words. Keep up the hard work Kinder!!

Today from 4:30-6 is the Family Art Night in the Community Room. Student's art will be displayed. There will also be free art activities for your child. Come see your child's art!

Wheat Parents-Tomorrow is the last day to buy Car Rider Fast Pass tickets for a chance to win 1 of 2 spots for VIP parking. Remember cold weather is on the way. This will be a perfect month to bypass the car line and jump to the front. There aren’t many entries so chances are good!! The 3rd six weeks fast pass will be valid Nov. 12th - Jan. 10th.
$5 for 1 ticket $20 for 5 tickets
The drawing will be live on Friday, Nov. 9th at 8:30 a.m.
(Money raised will be used to purchase 2 speakers 1 for car riders & 1 for bus riders.)
