To All Woodville ISD Parents-
If you are a parent or guardian of a Woodville ISD student and have not signed up for "Rooms", the message communication system we use between teachers and parents, please see the attached instructions to get started. This will keep you up to date on day to day things such as assignments, class/campus events or activities related to your student specifically. This is not the alert system we use for emergencies like school closures, delays, etc., all parent/guardian contact information is automatically entered into that system.
Also, just a friendly reminder, if your cell phone number has changed or there is any chance your contact information is not up to date with your student's campus, please reach out to the campus office to have that information updated. Rooms and our emergency alert system rely on the information provided via our student registration records.
