The Transition and Employment Guide is for students in Texas public schools who may receive special education services due to a disability. It provides guidance for parents to help support their child with a disability in transitioning from school to work as well.
In the guide, you will find a timeline of steps that can be followed to support the student's transition from school to the workforce and/or postsecondary education.
